→ As a first step, a detailed needs assessment is carried out, after which we prepare a program plan that includes possible floor plan versions. We present this with the help of a moodboard, so the concept is easy to understand. After choosing the best floor plan layout, we model the spaces, thereby bringing the concept to life. After several consultations and clarifications, we present the plan in a clearly visible and understandable form, in the form of 3D visualizations if required. Depending on the design package and requirements, we create a 360° 3D visual image and a 3D Interactive walk-in visual plan of the spaces, as well as provide the necessary documentation for the implementation.
