General information

Two storey holiday chalet villa accommodation available for hire. They are based on the popular Welcome Family Holiday Park, Dawlish Warren. Each chalet sleeps up to 8 persons, and a well behaved dog is allowed. We offer free wifi, free electricity, free linen hire and free parking just outside the chalets. Upstairs, there is a double bedroom and twin bedroom, with bathroom including tub and electric shower. A sofabed is provided in the twin bedroom. Downstairs, there is an open plan lounge/ diner and kitchen area, with extra sofabed. We provide an outdoor dining area overlooking well kept communal gardens.

The chalets are located within five minutes flat walk to the Blue flag beach resort of Dawlish Warren. Here you will find a train and bus stop. There is an 18 hole golf course, various shops and cafes, amusements, a go kart track, a fun fair, pubs and a nature reserve. Lots of local opportunities for boating, coastal walks and picnics.

The Welcome Family Holiday Park has many facilities on site. There is a launderette, two takeaways and a range of gift shops. There is a clubhouse on site, and an indoor pool complex (available subject to additional payment). There is a children's playground and sports pitch.
