9 0 9 BAR BISTRO opened in 2022, and offers simple, seasonally focused, classic cocktails from the era that brought them about. From island ice teas to a cheeky Mojito. Share it with friends or you can have it all to yourself—you’ll enjoy it till the very last sip. We source as close as possible, if that be Trout from our river Test or beef from the Laverstoke meadows, we ensure that our menu changes with the seasons to the best ingredients in the area. At 9 0 9 BAR BISTRO, we care about the importance of selecting the menu according to the seasons, being sustainable, using amazing products, and really understanding where that produce comes from. We care about your foods, and that definitely translates both onto the plate and into the warm, buzzing energy of the restaurant. We always require credit card details for any kind of reservation to protect against no-shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice. We will always try our best to rebook your table but in any case, if this is not possible then you may be charged the cancellation fee. For those looking for a larger group booking, we offer the perfect seaside backdrop for special occasions.
