İlker KÜÇÜK, who provides psychologist support in Eskişehir, completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Adana. A book he read during his undergraduate education at Mersin University made him embark on a journey to Dicle University with the dream of becoming a psychologist. After completing his bachelor's degree in psychology in 2004, his professional life, which started in a counseling center for children and families in Adana, continued in different public institutions, private health institutions, universities and corporate centers.

She continued her studies in Ankara after 2010 in order to improve herself professionally and complete her graduate education. She completed her master's degree specialization study at Eskişehir Osmangazi University on 'Assertiveness in Interpersonal Communication and Development of Assertiveness Skills'.

She gained experience in a wide range of fields such as psychological counseling for adults, children and adolescents, family and couple counseling, application and evaluation of intelligence, development and personality tests, individual, group and corporate trainings, personal development, student and life coaching.

She conducted clinical work with individuals, couples, families and groups experiencing psychological difficulties in public and private health care institutions. She gave trainings, seminars and speeches on effective communication skills, time management, anger management, ways to cope with stress, mobbing practices, teamwork, leadership and management skills, psychological factors in the workplace for corporate company employees and managers. She conducted training and supervision activities for the development and implementation of counseling skills for professionals.
