She adheres to the code of professional conduct, is committed to the highest standards, updates her skills regularly and is registered with several professional organisations. Christine is passionate about hypnotherapy, recognising its powerful ability to make transformations in the lives of her clients by helping them achieve their goals and seeing them move forward, creating the life they want.

Solution Focused hypnotherapy uses the clinically proven techniques of Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Mindfulness and Medical Hypnotherapy. It combines these with trance to make important positive changes within a short period of time. Unwelcome habits and thought patterns are resolved at a subconscious level.
Treatments are personalised for each client as an individual, and therapy is designed to your preferences, your personality and your individual needs.

A free initial consultation is required before treatment begins. The only exception is anti-smoking hypnotherapy treatment where no initial consultation is required. This initial consultation establishes whether hypnotherapy is appropriate for you. It lasts for up to 45 minutes and includes an approximation of the number of sessions required.

Success is not guaranteed and full client commitment and participation is important throughout the process.
