General information
I am a Midwife starting private antenatal classes in March 2017 for Oundle, Kings Cliffe and the surrounding villages.
The course will consist of a set of 4 classes on Wednesday evenings, held at No.1 St. Osyth's Lane, Oundle PE8 4BG, from 6.30pm till 8.30pm.
Week 1 (8th March 2017)
Welcome, stages of labour, steps towards a positive birth experience and relaxation techniques.
Week 2 (15th March 2017)
Management of labour pain and special circumstances.
Week 3 (22nd March 2017)
Breast feeding – all you need to know.
Week 4 (29th March 2017)
Caring for your newborn baby, bonding and parental well-being.
Plus, facilitation of postnatal reunion.
My heart is to reduce fear in childbirth and to provide practical tools to equip you for a positive labour, birth and journey into parenthood.
Cost for expectant lady and partner/birth companion £150
