With two 18 hole golf courses, a superb high-tech gymnasium and classes and a beautiful 20 metre pool through to our equestrian centre and club activities, hair and beauty treatments and superb restaurant and café, we have a wide range of facilities for you to enjoy.

Escape and relax in your own luxurious timber lodge and enjoy stunning views over the golf course. Our specially designed homes are comfortable and well appointed, offering a practical space to live and relax - with a wide range of styling including fully fitted kitchens for gourmet cooking, windows and doors that bring sunlight into every room, en-suite bedrooms, clever storage solutions and luxurious sun terraces.

Cottingham Parks also offers you a wide range of additional benefits, including hands on natural healing and remedial massage with Stephen Osborne LCSPb (Phys). This is an ideal solution for all problems associated with the muscular skeletal system and muscles, bones and joints. The massage helps correct posture in balance, overuse injuries including RSI, ligament and tendon problems or can just be used to work away the everyday stress and tension.

Our wellness centre contains state-of-the-art Technogym technology - one of the most advanced tools available to the fitness industry. Your specially designed, individual programme is contained on your electronic key. Simply place your key in any of our machines to start your workout programme. Your progress is constantly monitored and feedback is assessed by your personal advisor to ensure that you're making the best of your time!

Our 200 square metre air-conditioned studio hosts over 50 classes each week for you to enjoy. All types of classes are available, from Les Mills favourites such as Body Pump, Body Balance, Body Combat , and CXworx through to Spinning, Yoga, Pilates, Karate and Dance Classes.

Take time to relax in our 20 metre heated swimming pool, sauna, steam room and spa. Our pool is open from early in the morning to late in the evening for adult sessions, children's sessions and general swimming. If you need time to yourself, we can also provide dedicated on site crèche facilities for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
