Unul din marile avantaje la antrenamentul oferit de SPORT DR este timpul scurt in care acesta se realizeaza. Mai mult decat atat, faptul ca acest antrenament se realizeaza o singura data pe saptamana (de cel mult doua ori in cazul persoanelor cu o conditie fizica foarte buna) il pune in varful preferintelor oamenilor cu un stil de viata alert, bine calculat, in care fiecare minut pretuieste enorm.
Durata unui antrenament este de numai 20 de minute, rezultatele fiind vizibile inca de la primele sedinte, dar un lucru extrem de important consta in continuitatea cu care sunt efectuate sedintele.
