The team at PIO is aiming to bring creativity and flexibility in the expression of cuisine in Bucharest. While imagination needs order to achieve the righteous balance of taste, ingredients are brought in from local farmers around Bucharest, the familial relationship
with the chef, all there to bring back sensations about seasonal food well nurtured and deliciously cooked, to satisfy the gourmet appetite of the city wanderers.
