A részvénytársaság 1993 július 1.-jén alakult a Zalaszentgróti Állami Tangazdaság jogutódjaként.
Türjén, Magyarország nyugati részén, közel Ausztriához, Horvátországhoz és Szlovéniához helyezkedik el.
Az éves árbevétel meghaladja a milliárdos nagyságrendet. Jelenleg 68 fõt foglalkoztatunk, mintegy 2000 ha területen gazdálkodunk. A mûvelt termõföldek döntõ többségét a Magyar Nemzeti Vagyonkezelõ Zrt-tõl béreljük .
