A Buci Pékséget 1991-ben alapították Debrecenben, 1995-től pedig második tulajdonosa vezetésével szolgálja ki péksüteményekkel megrendelőit, vásárlóit. Családi vállalkozásként működve a tradíciókat ötvözik a legmodernebb sütőipari technológiával. Így például a pékek már nem cipelnek zsákokat, hanem a kamionról töltött lisztsilóból levegőfúvással mérik s adagolják a lisztet a gyúráshoz.
