General information

Stay In Hungary Kft provides real estate investment services, and a three-phase office space related Client Representation and Project Management services for multinational corporations planning to relocate or establish operations in Hungary. Focus is on office lease, design and office launch.

PHASE 1: Office Lease - Finding and securing the right temporary and/or permanent office space
•We suggest office space options
•Provide test-fits, cost-calculations & budget for a 3 or 5-year period.
•Assist in lease negotiations to reduce our client’s capital investment, annual recurring cost.
•We also assist in contracting.

PHASE 2: Overall planning, interior design and fitout management
•As your Project Manager & Representative, along with the selected design team, we plan the layout, design the space, and manage the overall fit-out planning and general construction work until handover.
•Special emphasis is placed on careful vendor selection, negotiations to reduce costs
•Overall quality, budget, time management.
•We supervise fit-out teams to implement electrical, mechanical, architectural works according to plans.

PHASE 3: Launching your new office on the market to attract employees
•We plan, execute Office Grand Opening events (Press Conference & Opening Party) that is a focal point of online and offline PR campaigns tailored for HR recruitment and to save on recruitment fees.
